The Onboarding Process

1. The first step in partnering with us is completing the inquiry form on our website. This form will ask a few questions to help us understand your needs, allowing us to better prepare for the application call.

After I review your inquiry form, we’ll jump on a 30-minute Zoom call – I’m excited to meet potential clients like you! During the call, we’ll discuss your form and explore how we can support you in growing your social media presence.

After the application call, you’ll receive a personalized brand proposal with a custom package tailored to your business’s social media goals. The proposal will also include details on payment plans, next steps, and more!

Great! We’re one step closer to making it official! Once you select the package that best fits your business, I’ll send over the official Agreement for us to work together. After you’ve reviewed and signed the Agreement, I’ll send you your first invoice for the initial deposit.

Please note: Work cannot begin until this step is completed, so kindly ensure everything is done promptly to stay on track with the schedule.

This is a crucial step in the onboarding process. While I begin curating your social media strategy, you’ll upload all of your brand assets—like logos, fonts, imagery, videos, and more—into your dedicated Playbook.com folder. This will also be the place to continuously add new content moving forward.
